The Client here owns the building. The front part is existing 2 storey offices. He is planning to add additional 2 floors of offices right behind and concurrent with the existing 2 floors of offices. The new floor, as shown, will be constructed of open web steel trusses. This project was drafted in the “Revit” program, showing 3-dimensional and cut a way drawings.
